Driving Directions
From San Francisco (US-101 South): Head south on US-101 toward San Jose. Take the Oregon Expressway exit and go west. Turn left onto Middlefield Road, then right onto Park Boulevard. TSL Rehab is at 2422 Park Blvd on the left. Allow about 35 minutes without traffic; during commute hours, plan for closer to 50.
From San Jose (US-101 North): Follow US-101 North. Exit at San Antonio Road heading west. Turn right onto El Camino Real, then left onto Park Boulevard and continue to 2422. The trip is roughly 25 minutes off-peak.
From the East Bay (I-880 / Dumbarton Bridge): Take I-880 South to CA-84 West across the Dumbarton Bridge. Merge onto US-101 North and exit at University Avenue. Head west, then turn left onto Park Boulevard. Expect about 40 minutes from central Oakland.
By Caltrain: The Palo Alto station is approximately two miles from our facility. Rideshare from the station takes under 10 minutes. Let our admissions team know if you need help arranging local transport.

Our treatment center sits in the heart of Palo Alto, but we serve patients from every corner of the Bay Area and beyond. San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Fremont, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Santa Cruz, Redwood City, and Menlo Park are all within an easy commute for outpatient clients, and our residential program welcomes individuals from across California and out of state.
